Job Title: Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

Employer: Summit Properties USA

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: ~20 per week

Location: On-site at NorthTown Mall (Spokane, WA)


Position Summary

Summit Properties USA is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to support marketing efforts at NorthTown Mall. This position plays a key role in capturing photo and video content, creating digital graphics, and assisting with social media scheduling for four Summit Properties USA shopping centers. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and able to represent Summit professionally while engaging the local community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture photos and short-form video content at NorthTown Mall (events, tenants, daily activity).
  • Develop promotional graphics in Canva for campaigns and events.
  • Identify and recommend social media trends to enhance engagement.
  • Assist with scheduling post ideas across four Summit mall properties.
  • Ensure content aligns with Summit Properties USA branding and marketing objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and caption writing.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail oriented.
